‘National Rights-Oriented Public Job Association for Persons with Severe Disabilities’ is a national organization that supports people with the most severe disabilities to produce their rights under the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities by systematically and continuously educating and promoting the content and purpose of the UN Convention to public officials, parliamentarians, the media, and the general public through three duties. 『This is also Labor』documents the “Rights-Production Labor” of people with the most severely disabled People from 31 organizations across the country, who speak up for their rights and participate in awareness-raising campaigns.

To emphasize the keyword ‘Labor’, Everyday Practice visualized tables and brackets from the time card on the cover and inside the book. In addition, we designed the book to emphasize the lively photo of the workplace in contrast to the static cover.
