Organized as a section of the [DMZ International Documentary Film Festival], <Cinema of the Mapper> treats the late documentary filmmaker Kang-hyun Lee. This section contains the delicate narratives that Lee unfolded through his films, his attitude and perspective as a filmmaker. <The Cartographer’s Films explains Lee’s world through the testimonies of creators, researchers, colleagues, and friends who participated in his films.

Everyday Practices creates a half-folded booklet to show his world. When every page is unfolded, the accounts of those around him who testify to his world, along with stills from his films, provide a three-dimensional narrative.
