영국 내셔널 갤러리 명화전: 거장의 시선, 사람을 향하다

국립중앙박물관에서 열린 <거장의 시선, 사람을 향하다>는 한-영 수교 140주년을 기념하는 전시로, 국내 최초로 내셔널갤러리 런던의 명화를 공개합니다. 이번 전시는 15세기 르네상스 시대부터 19세기 인상주의까지 유럽 회화를 통해 신(神)에서 사람을 향한 사회의 변화를 이야기하고 있습니다.
일상의실천은 내셔널갤러리 런던의 공간에서 발견한 아치 구조를 모티프로 전시 아이덴티티를 구상했고, 내부 공간에 여러 벽들의 색상을 주요 색상으로 활용해 장소적 특성을 유지했습니다.
또한 일상의실천은 이번 전시에서 인상주의를 상징하는 미디어 아트 작가로 참여했습니다. 자연과 빛을 해석한 인간의 시점을 주제로 인상주의 회화에서 등장하는 다양한 현상을 빛의 흐름으로 연결지었습니다.
*이번 전시는 지난 6월 2일부터 10월 9일까지 국립중앙박물관 기획전시실에서 열립니다.

Celebrating the 140th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Korea and the United Kingdom, the National Museum of Korea presents Masterpieces from the National Gallery London for the first time in Korea. The exhibition tells the story of society’s shift from gods to people through European paintings from the Renaissance in the 15th century to Impressionism in the 19th century.
Everyday Practice conceived the exhibition identity based on the arch structure found in the space of the National Gallery London, and used the colors of the various walls in the interior space as the main colors to maintain the character of the place.
And also, Everyday Practice participated in the exhibition as a media art artist representing Impressionism, connecting various phenomena in Impressionist paintings with the flow of light with the theme of the human perspective in interpreting nature and light.
*The exhibition is open from June 2 to October 9 at the National Museum of Korea.
