HELLO! SEM 오케스트라는 장애인문화권리실현과 문화예술교육활동을 위해 설립된 (사)에이블아트에서 주관하는 발달장애아동 47명으로 구성된 오케스트라입니다. 제5회 HELLO! SEM 오케스트라 정기연주회는 발달장애아동의 무궁한 가능성과 에너지를 예술의 영역에서 표현하기 위해 마련된 공연입니다.
제5회 HELLO! SEM 오케스트라 정기연주회의 모티브는 악보에서 나오는 오선(the stave)과 음표입니다. 오케스트라 구성원이 앉은 듯한 오선 위에서 펼쳐지는 이들의 무한한 가능성은 막 튀어오르는 음표를 통해 나타나고 있습니다.

HELLO! SEM Orchestra&is an orchestra of 47 children with developmental disabilities, organized by ‘Able Art’, which was established for cultural rights for disabled people, and cultural and arts education activities. The 5th HELO! SEM Orchestra&is a performance designed to express the possibilities and energy of children with developmental disabilities in the realm of art.
The graphic motif of Hello SEM Orchestra&is the line and notes from the music. We tried to express the infinite possibilities of orchestra members on the sheet music through a rising note.
