DMZ ART PROJECT는 현재를 살아가는 우리에게 DMZ는 어떠한 의미인지 질문하고 그 대답을 예술 작가들의 작품을 통해 소개하는 프로젝트입니다. 이번 전시에 참여한 작가들은 DMZ를 대상으로 남과 북의 대치 흔적, 사람의 손을 거치지 않은 DMZ의 자연, 남과 북의 대치를 인정하며 살아가는 사람들의 모습을 DMZ라는 배경 속에 각기 다른 작품으로 담아냈습니다. 일상의실천은 70여 년 동안 남과 북을 가로지르고 있는 철조망을 그래픽 모티브로 삼아 타이틀 레터링을 디자인했으며, 홀로그램박을 도록의 전면에 적용하여 DMZ ART PROJECT가 지향하는 서로 다른 가치의 조화로운 상태를 시각화하기 위해 노력했습니다.

DMZ ART PROJECT is a project that asks what DMZ means to us living in the present and introduces the answers through the works of artists. The artists who participated in the exhibition captured the traces of confrontation between South and North Korea in the DMZ, the nature of the DMZ without human hands, and the people living in recognition of the confrontation between South and North Korea. Everyday Practice has designed title lettering using barbed wire across South and North Korea as a graphic motif for more than 70 years, and by applying holographic graphics to the front of the catalogue, we have tried to visualize the harmonious state of different values that DMZ ART PROJECT is aiming for.
