올해로 4회를 맞는 박수근 미술상은 박수근 화백의 삶과 예술혼을 이어가는 현대작가를 지원하고자 제정된 전시이자 상입니다. 2022년 수상자인 박미화 작가의 작품은 박수근 화백의 작품에서 느낄 수 있는 삶에 대한 깊은 고뇌와 울림이 있고, 따뜻한 휴머니즘을 작품 속에 녹여내고 있다는 평과 함께 박수근 미술상을 수상했습니다. 박미화 작가의 작품은 원시미술과 현대미술의 경계, 회화와 공예의 경계를 허무는 작품으로, 혼탁한 시대를 정화하는 정서와 휴머니즘을 내면화하고 있는 작품을 선보입니다.
일상의실천은 작가의 작품과 비평문, 그리고 작가가 직접 작성한 노트를 한 권의 책 안에서 경험함으로써 작가의 작품 세계를 심도 있게 살펴볼 수 있는 도록을 디자인했습니다.

The Park Soo Keun Art Award, which marks its fourth anniversary this year, is an exhibition and award established to support contemporary artists who continue Park Soo Keun’s life and artistic spirit. The 2022 winner Miwha Park’s work won the Park Soo Keun Art Award for its deep anguish and echo of life felt in Park Soo Keun’s work and for its warm humanism. Miwha Park’s work breaks the boundaries between primitive and modern art and painting and crafts, and presents works that internalize emotions and humanism that purify the cloudy era.
Everyday Practice designed an in-depth look at the world of artist’s work by experiencing artist’s works, criticisms, and notes written by artist in one book.
