The Park Soo Keun Art Award, which marks its fourth anniversary this year, is an exhibition and award established to support contemporary artists who continue Park Soo Keun’s life and artistic spirit. The 2022 winner Miwha Park’s work won the Park Soo Keun Art Award for its deep anguish and echo of life felt in Park Soo Keun’s work and for its warm humanism. Miwha Park’s work breaks the boundaries between primitive and modern art and painting and crafts, and presents works that internalize emotions and humanism that purify the cloudy era.
