Everyday Practice designed the Seeing Beyond&exhibition at Lotte Gallery. Seeing Beyond&is an exhibition that introduces ‘Figurative art’, a concept contrary to abstract art, and figurative art is an art trend that focuses on the real world, especially the expression of human forms. The art that appeared after conceptual art mainly consisted of “undecipherable works without text,” and difficulty became a measure of contemporary art.

Seeing Beyond&is an exhibition that starts with a critical mind about this phenomenon and introduces works that contain the unique characteristics of visual art such as play, communication, and imagination through vision. Everyday Practice developed key visuals by borrowing polyhedra that can interpret the shapes of paintings and sculptures that are clearly covered in this exhibition from various angles. In addition, we tried to reflect the transitional features of Figurative art, which was mainly developed in modern times, by utilizing modern reinterpreted serif typefaces.
