거래된 정의는 기자와 변호사로 구성된 진실탐사그룹 셜록의 2번째 단행본입니다. 거래된 정의는 2017년 2월, 대법원 법원행정처의 ‘판사 블랙리스트’ 의혹으로부터 민낯을 드러낸 양승태 사법부의 행적을 재판 거래 피해자들의 목소리를 통해 쫓아가는 기록입니다. 이들의 목소리는 제주 간첩 조작 사건, 재일 교포 간첩 조작 사건, 인혁당 재건위 사건, 전범기업 강제징용 손해배상에서 쌍용차 정리해고, 전교조 교사 빨치산 추모제 사건, 전교조 법외 노조화, 통진당 정당 해산 심판, KTX 승무원 해고에 이르기까지 한국의 어두운 근현대 정치사와 만나며, 국가와 사법부가 어떻게 보통 사람의 인생을 바꾸어 놓았는지 생생히 증언하고 있습니다. 그리고 이 모든 사건에 연루된 한 사람, 양승태 전 대법원장의 인생은 어떠했는지 대조하고 있습니다.
거래된 정의의 표지 디자인은 일본 강제징용 피해자이자 2018년 10월 30일 마침내 대법원으로부터 배상 판결을 받아낸 이춘식 옹 님의 입술을 굳게 다물고 정면을 응시하는 모습을 통해, 오늘날 사법 권력의 민낯은 무엇인가를 질문하고 있습니다.

Traded Justice
“Traded Justice” is a record of tracking the judicial trace of Yang Seung-tae through the voices of victims of court trading, revealing the truth from the judge’s blacklist scandal of the Supreme Court Administration in February 2017. Their voices penetrate with Korea’s dark modern and contemporary political history and vividly attest to how the nation and the judiciary changed the lives of ordinary people. And this book contrasts how the life of one person involved in all these cases, former Chief Justice Yang Seung-tae, was different from the lives of the victims.
The cover design model for “Traded Justice” is Lee Chun-sik, a victim of Japanese forced labor. On October 30, 2018, he finally got his rightful reward from the Supreme Court. Through his closed lips and facial expression, he is asking what the real face of judicial power is today.
