리얼-리얼시티는 작가주의와 권위주의에 갇힌 건축의 현주소를 비판하고, 도시 공공영역으로서 건축의 의미를 재설정하고자했던 故 이종호 건축가와 그의 연구를 다각적으로 이어가고 있는 건축가와 예술가의 고민을 다루는 전시입니다.
일상의실천은 도시를 상징하는 건축물과 故 이종호 건축가의 유작인 마로니에 공원 그리고 전시공간인 아르코미술관의 건축물을 전면에 나타냈습니다. 고정된 각 장소는 사람들의 불특정한 동선을 통해 분절된 의미를 갖는 개체가 아닌, 연결된 도시 생태의 가능성을 담고 있는 유기체임을 가리키고 있습니다.
* 본 전시는 7월 12일부터 8월 25일까지 대학로 아르코미술관 1,2전시실에서 열립니다.

REAL-Real City is an exhibition about the views of architects and artists who are succeeding Lee Jong-ho’s work. Lee Jong-ho is an architect who criticized the auteurisme and authoritarianism and wanted to reset the meaning of architecture as a public domain of the city.
We used the Marronnier Park, posthumous work of architect Lee Jong-ho and the Arco Museum of Art as the main images of the poster. Each place used in the design is meant to be an organism that contains the ecological potential of a connected city.
* This exhibition will be held from July 12 to August 25 at Arko Art Museum 1 and 2.
