Seoul Dance Creation Center is a multifaceted cultural space that serves both as a venue for domestic and international dance performances and as an arts education facility. It offers a wide range of programs — from playful, movement-based activities to advanced dance training — exploring the boundless possibilities of the body as a medium of art. The center aims to provide an open and comfortable space where both viewing and participation coexist harmoniously.

Everyday Practice designed the visual identity and signage system for the center. The logo visualizes the movement of dancers performing on stage through bold lettering. Each letter of SDCC is conceived as a body (Character), its form shaped by gestures and motions that express the vitality of dance.

Throughout the system, curved lines represent the body’s diverse expressions. By unifying the curvature across all elements, the design achieves a consistent visual language. The combination of curves and straight lines is applied consistently across the identity and signage systems, creating a cohesive brand identity characterized by visual rhythm and harmony.
